• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations).

Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across Pune.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from confirmation, and delivery timelines vary based on location (typically 3–5 working days).
• For bulk or subscription orders, delivery timelines will be communicated separately.
• We take utmost care in packaging, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.

Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled 

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If your product is received damaged, expired, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

After verification, we may offer:

• A replacement
• A refund to your original payment method
• A credit voucher for future use
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
