Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your product is received damaged, expired, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund to your original payment method
- A credit voucher for future use
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

- We strive to ensure all information (ingredients, weight, nutritional data) is accurate and up to date. However, variations may occur due to handmade preparation.
All products are made in a FSSAI-certified kitchen using high-quality, natural ingredients.
