Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If your product is received damaged, expired, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund to your original payment method
  • A credit voucher for future use
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

All products are made in a FSSAI-certified kitchen using high-quality, natural ingredients.
